Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Terraphase Engineering Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the following amended services: Vendor to attend biweekly project meetings with District staff to ensure proper coordination and review of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document status, confirming alignment with applicable regulatory requirements, as outlined in the Proposal dated October 7, 2025, which is attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Garfield Elementary School Modernization Project, in an additional amount of $2,200.00, which includes a contingency fee of $200.00, increasing the term of the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $98,926.00 to $101,126.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
