Title:

Approval by the Board of Education of Summer Programming Addendum No. 1, Expanded Learning Programs After School Program Master Contract 2025-2028 (Master Contract) by and between the District and Oakland Leaf Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provided summer academic and enrichment services, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Bret Harte Middle School, Cleveland Elementary School and International Community School, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, in an additional amount of $294,647.22, increasing the Master Contract not-to-exceed amount from $9,087,186.60 to $9,381,833.82, for the unchanged term of July 1, 2025 through July 31, 2028. All other terms and conditions of the Master Contract remain in full force and effect.
