Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Living Jazz, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide music instruction during the after school hours at Claremont Middle School, Cleveland Elementary School and Glenview Elementary School in collaboration with the after school lead agencies, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of November 1, 2024 through May 23, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $37,620.00.
