Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, providing for the latter's extension of the term of the Agreement from December 31, 2023 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027 (an additional 365 days), for the continued provision of Inspector of Record Services for close-out documents for all construction and Division of the State Architect (DSA) Projects, as described in the proposal dated April 21, 2026, which is attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the DSA Certification of Legacy Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
