Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, (Award of a) Lease-Leaseback Contract by and between the District and Overaa Construction, Richmond, CA, with the Owner (District) and Contractor hereby agreeing that the Total Sublease Amount for Phase #1 shall be $3,671,887.00 allowing for the following allowances and contingency:
• An Allowance of $100,000 for PG&E service work
• An Allowance of $300,000 for site preparation
• An Allowance of $230,666 for 6-month Fee instead of 3.9
• An Allowance of $10,000 for Workforce Development Labor Fund
• An Allowance of ($37,670) Credit for Owner to purchase the fire alarm material
• An Allowance of $250,000 for Pre-Construction Services
• An Allowance of $150,000 for security services during construction
• A Contractor Contingency of $100,000
• A District Contingency of $100,000
for the Roosevelt Middle School Modernization Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
