Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide an Intensive Pathway Case Manager who will continue supporting students enrolled in both the Heath and Technology Pathways on a daily basis, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of December 18, 2023 through June 28, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
