Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Engineering Services between the District and Ninyo & Moore, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional operations and maintenance (O&M) consulting services which consists of out-of-scope tasks that have been completed, which includes Task 1, 2, 3 & Task 4, and additional tasks that are planned to be completed in 2020, as described in Exhibit A attached hereto, for the LaEscuelita Educational Center Project, in an additional amount of $28,189.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $48,340.00 to $76,529.00, authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same and extending time of Agreement from January 23, 2020 through December 31, 2020 to June 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
