Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Luna Kids Dance (LKD), Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide to Bella Vista CDC and Acorn Woodland CDC pupils age appropriate dance instruction; professional development workshops and coaching for teachers with the goal to build their capacity with limited support from LKD, as described, in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Academics and Instructional Innovation Department, for the period of September 16, 2019 through May 29, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $23,200.00.
