Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Luna Bell Industries, Pittsburg, CA, for the latter to provide environmental related services to reduce risk at the school sites, including but not limited to collection and testing of hazardous materials such as lead based paint, asbestos, mold and provide clearance air testing after hazardous materials mitigation is complete prior to re-occupancy by students and staff, via Risk Management Department, for the period of July 15, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $65,000.00.
