Ratification by State Administrator of Change Order No. 2 to Construction Contract with Bay Construction Company, Oakland, CA, for the latter to perform 7 pre-approved change order items including making changes to door framing per DSA instructions, removing 650 square feet ceiling framing, revising infill detail of garage door opening, providing steam coil piping per SKM-2, providing AC-1 with steam coil and power exhaust per contract drawing revision #1 dated May 27, 2004, removing and replacing flooring in the restroom and other scope as described therein in conjunction with the McClymonds High School in the amount of $87,941.04, increasing the Agreement from $651,725.21 to $739,666.25 and increase contract end date by 66 days to December 23, 2004. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
