Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Children Rising, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide – one on one, twice weekly – during school hours - literacy and math tutoring for Tier 3 students struggling with foundational literacy skills, and performing substantially below grade level in their foundational math skills at Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School, for the period of August 10, 2026 through May 28, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
