Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Expeditionary Learning Schools, New York, NY, for the latter to provide 141 hours of a research-based design and teacher development program for comprehensive school improvement, with teachers attending a variety of off-site professional development, in order to further our implementation of their comprehensive school reform model and improve the curricula for all students; improve the quality of teaching by training teachers in designing rigorous, standards-based curriculum at Manzanita SEED Elementary School for the period of April 21, 2010 through June 30, 2010, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
