Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Morgan Shidler Consulting, Oakland, Ca, for the latter to provide workshops, training, technical support, and consulting services to OUSD After School Program sites to implement high quality programming -website development, monthly team meetings, monthly individual check-in, program quality professional development, co-facilitation of monthly meeting with Program Quality Leadership Team, and a variety of other services, around sites After School Program, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the term April 1, 2016 through August 31, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $9400.00.
