Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Shirley Yee, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the following services as part of the Measure Y Juvenile Justice Wraparound grant: 1) Facilitate quarterly interagency Gang Prevention Collaborative meetings; 2) Coordinate re-entry welcome circles for alternative education students returning to school from the Juvenile Justice Center; 3) Oversee case management provided by California Youth Outreach for 36 youths; 4) Plan and coordinate Gang Re-Direct classes at Community Day School, Rudsdale High School and Street Academy; 5) Participate in monthly Case Conference meetings and Juvenile Justice Center Employment meetings; and 6) Collect data for evaluation and prepare quarterly reports as required by City of Oakland, for the period November 1, 2014 through June 11, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $23,400.00.
