Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Mills College, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support 15 teachers to improve their teaching practice by a Professional Learning Community (PLC), of 18 hours of facilitation, including reflective inquiry of practice, feedback and coaching to teachers and district leaders to self-conduct future sessions of PLC in the Mills Teacher Scholars style, and synthesize results, all as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Linked Learning Department, for the period of September 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $12,800.00.
