Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Ronald Ivan Sampson Silva, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 34 hours of service to design, format orientation and create materials for staff orientation meetings at Castlmont and Fremont Schools; attend, present, and participate at orientations; collaborate with staff of participating agencies to identify and discuss criteria of students election and required levels of commitment; use data collection to identify students least likely to succeed using a data-driven scoring system; perform campuses and community walks to initiate initial assessment and identification; be available for consultation with principals and staff to maximize efforts for key students selection, for the period May 15, 2010 through June 30, 2010, in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00.
