Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and The Platinum Packaging Group, Paramount, CA, for the latter to provide repair services for the Central Kitchen's Food Services Ameripak H150 wrapper machine, i.e., remove the failed stepper drive board and all damaged wire connectors and install a new stepper drive board, complete with clips and wire connectors; configure the replacement board with the proper dip switches and jumper settings to ensure correct operational parameters and perform a full test run of the machine using a large meal pack, conducted with the assistance of district staff, to confirm satisfactory results, with all associated technician services required to complete the repair on-site included, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the period of March 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $3,948.34.
