Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Kim Woolley, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support the design and implementation of the 4-day Expanded Learning 2026 Summer Institute by providing up to 240 hours of services to design and execute the event in line with the goals; provide service to implement the plan, develop tools, communicate, with stakeholders and document the action plans progress; provide technology support, facilitation, project coordination, and implementation of communication strategies, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $23,000.00.
