Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Moises Cervantes, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide support to students in the application of enrollment in a partner program, including support with writing their personal statements, reflections, and the gathering of letters of recommendation or any necessary documents along with the fulfillment of all other forms and permission slips wake up, and additional services, each as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Coliseum College Preparatory Academy, for the period of August 22, 2016 through June 9, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $32,000.00.
