Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Heart in Balance, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide psychotherapy/mental health sessions to students under the guidelines and scope of practice for marriage family therapist trainees in practicum, providing both individual and group sessions, at Peralta Elementary School, for the period of September 20, 2024 through May 29, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00.
