Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Seneca Center, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide approximately 1200 additional hours of case management and mental health services, including including 400 hours of case management or therapy; 600 hours of mental health assistance in the classroom milieu; 40 hours of school staff training; 160 hours of parent out reach, client referral, and administrative support; attendance at school staff meetings, student conferences, and collaborative team meetings at Community Day School, for the period April 1, 2011 though June 30, 2011, in an additional amount not to exceed $60,000.00, increasing the contract not to exceed amount from $165,000.00 to $225,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
