Ratification by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between District and Dorothy Courtney, for the latter to provide assistance with student conflict resolution during recesses and lunch time; to supervise the siblings of students who participate in Sobrante Park's Morning Intervention Program; to assist teachers in monitoring hallways before and during school hours; to organize student activities during recess to minimize discipline issues, and help ensure the continuous achievement of students at Sobrante Park Elementary; to implement Second Step strategies for conflicts during recess periods at Sobrante Park Elementary School for the period November 20, 2008 through June 11, 2009 in an amount not to exceed $9,000.00.
