Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Peninsulators, Inc., San Jose, CA, for the latter to clean and prepare all applicable window surfaces and install Avery Dennison Optitune 15 window film on the south-and-west facing classrooms windows that are most impacted by direct sun exposure at Chabot Elementary School, as part of the Reflective Window Film Project, as described in Exhibit A to the Agreement, in the lump sum amount of $32,007.00, inclusive of a contingency fee of $2,838.00, with work commencing on July 30, 2026, and to be completed by September 06, 2026.
