Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Soccer Without Borders, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide intensive academic case management for students participating in their existing (and separately funded) athletic programming to leverage student commitment to sports to support their academic success, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Oakland International High School, for the period of March 15, 2026 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $24,485.00.
