Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and D Mendoza Consulting, Alameda, CA, for the latter to: 1. Facilitate quarterly Interagency Gang Prevention Collaborative meetings with work group; 2. Coordinate grant services activities including Aggression Replacement Training classes and case management for gang involved youth; 3. Complete and submit all quarterly reports in City Span as required; 4. Attend Measure Y meetings and trainings as requested or required by the City of Oakland Department of Human Services; and 5. Collect and provide data as requested for program evaluation, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the term September 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $9,082.27.
