Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Darrick Smith, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services to Castlemont High School through leadership framing discussions with administrators, observations of classrooms and public spaces, ethnographic interviewing of personnel, gathering student input - conducting focus groups, a data/document review of school policies, procedures, performance outcomes, curriculum designs, demographic and discipline data, and presentation of findings and recommendations for improvement, for the period February 19, 2013 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $7,000.00.
