Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Robert Silva, El Cerrito, CA, for the latter to provide expertise and knowledge transfer on the SmartFind Express System, the IFAS Subtracker Module, the Payroll Docs website and the Google Apps Admin Console to the Technology Services team, including assisting with troubleshooting of advanced issues and support requests, and providing documentation and training for all implementation and troubleshooting activities, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term August 6, 2015 through June 30, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $7,200.00.
