Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Wright Institute, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide 160 hours of service as follows: place 5 graduate student clinicians and a site supervisor at Life Academy, for a maximum capacity of 30 hours per week of clinical services to the Life Academy community and provide intensive intervention to those students, as described in the Scope of Work, for the period April 1, 2012 through June 17, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
