Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Playworks, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a fully trained Site Specialist to implement strategies, games, and group activities to develop and sustain a positive educational culture for students, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Manzanita SEED Elementary School, for the period of August 12, 2024 through May 29, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $36,000.00.
