Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Wellness Together, Roseville, CA, for the latter to perform consulting and advisory services on behalf of School with respect to all matters relating to or affecting the integration and implementation of supplementary counseling and clinical support services for School students in a safe, encouraging, and supportive manner in an individual and/or group setting, relevant and specific to the needs of the participating students, on line or in person, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of December 4, 2023 through May 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $44,408.88.
