Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to administer stipends to student participants in the OUSD Highway to Work Program - Emergency Room Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, and DC16 Finishing, for Clipper Cards for student transportation to internship sites, with the fund receiving a 10% administrative fee for services, via Adult and Career Education Department, for the period of December 1, 2025 through April 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $374,040.00.
