Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Urban Heat Academy, Alameda, CA, for the latter to provide 6 hours of weekly stepping and cultural arts enrichment programming across 4 school sites, resulting in a total of 864 hours of direct services to students, during the after-school hours and serve an estimated 25 to 30 students per site per session; each session to include structured instruction in rhythm, movement, and choreography, along with team-building activities, leadership development, and performance preparation, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 27, 2026 through May 31, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.
