Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of the Individual Service Agreement to the Master Memorandum of Understanding between Oakland Unified School District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide summer learning programming to enhance current comprehensive After School Program that serves approximately 60 students daily utilizing Menu of Service Option H: Physical Fitness, Option I: Visual and Performing Arts, and Option J: Health and Nutrition Services at Greenleaf Elementary School for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, at no cost to the District. All other terms and conditions of the ISA remain in full force and effect.
