Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 4, Agreement for Maintenance, by and between the District and Johnson Controls Fire and Protection, LP., Livermore, CA, for the latter to continued testing and inspections for the Johnson Controls fire alarm system, emergency and exit lights, fire sprinkler, standpipe, fire hose, and fire hydrant systems at the same sites with the addition of five more sites which will need 1-year inspections, as described in the Proposals dated, May 14,2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Fire and Life Safety System Testing & Inspection Services Maintenance Project, in an additional amount of $1,359,160.00, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $5,311,906.95 to $6,671,066.95, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027 (an additional 365 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
