Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for General Services by and between the District and Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional geotechnical consulting services due to unforeseen site conditions, including project delays and increased costs associated with the fencing scope of work for the Turf Field Replacement Project at ICS-TCN at Cesar Chavez, as outlined in the Proposal dated February 18, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional amount of $2,475.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement from $24,600.00 to $27,075.00, via the Division of Facilities Planning and Management. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
