Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and KABOOM!, Bethesda, MD, for the latter to support OUSD efforts to design, plan and install renovations to Early Childhood Education Program schoolyards at Highland Child Development Center and Harriet Tubman Child Development Center, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Early Childhood Development Department, for the period of March 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $114,000.00.
