Approval by State Administrator of Amendment #1 to Professional Services Agreement with Loving & Campos, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide architectural/engineering services as required for all major systems, to include the attendant schematic designs, design development, construction documents, agency approval of the construction plans in conjunction with the Oakland High School Modernization-Williams Settlement Project in an amount not-to-exceed $1,073,0590.00, increasing the Agreement from $33,330.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $1,106,920.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
