Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and the Olabayo Allen-Taylor, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide direct on-site services for the management and oversight of the Coordination of Services Team, Restorative Justice Program and Culture and Climate Team; act as liaison between community organizations and support site to provide targeted interventions for students; and manage and support current and future service providers, in an additional amount not to exceed $30,000.00, increasing the Contact not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 to $50,000.000 at Claremont Middle School. All terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
