Title: Ratification by the State Administrator of Amendment No. 2 of Professional Services Contract between the District and Elizabeth Lindsley, for the latter to plan, facilitate and document the 2009 Arts Education Master Plan; create final plan document; lead community input meetings with various constituencies; facilitate two more Arts Learning Anchor School Sites; facilitate convening of Arts Providers services for 2008-2009 and design, coordinate the five-day Summer Arts Institute, for an additional amount of $10,000.00, increasing the original contract amount from $22,000.00 to $32,000.00, for the period September 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. All other terms and conditions of the contract will remain in full force and effect.
