Title
Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and National Equity Project (NEP), for the latter to provide 120 hours of Instructional Leadership Development - coaching to principal and leadership team in designing, implementing and monitoring a clear instructional vision for the school, focused on the use of student achievement data and classroom observation data to develop and implement the school's professional development plan - and Equity-Centered Professional Learning Community Development - development, refinement and sustaining structure, routines, and roles of adult learning toward developing productive relationships focused on learning and instructional practice, including coaching support to the leadership team and developing sustained focus on professional development and routines for teacher collaboration that are aligned with the school wide instructional vision, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Ralph J. Bunche School, for the period February 1, 2011 through April 15, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
