Approval by State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between District and Sylvan Learning Center, for the latter to provide reading intervention and test preparation academic program to increase reading proficiency for all students in 1st-3rd grades, pilot academic tutoring program with goal to increase student achievement on California Standards Test for up to 25 students for the period April 1, 2008 through June 12, 2008 in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 at Global Family Elementary School.
