Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Bay Area Creative, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide poetry and literature workshops held for students to enhance vocabulary word context by building phonological awareness through rhyme and rhythm; Expanding vocabulary with rich sensory words; Boost reading fluency via expressive reading and memorization at Franklin Elementary School, for the period of August 17, 2026 through May 21, 2027, at no cost to the District.
