Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and East Bay Art Therapy, Oakland, CA, for the latter to conduct 24 Art Therapy groups (clinical mental health service) for students, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Dewey Academy, for the period October 28, 2024, through May 29, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $14,100.00.
