Title: Approval by Board of Education of Professional Services Agreement between District and Gerald Colbert, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide energy plan to reduce the District overall energy costs: communication and implementation of its adopted Energy and Water Efficiency Plan; help to achieve the District's goals of reducing overall energy cost by 5% in the first year, as well as the 2nd and 3rd year, by implementing practices, measures and procedures outlined in the Energy Plan; and perform other duties specified in the Scope of Work, in conjunction with the Division of Facilities Planning and Management Project for the period commencing July 1, 2008 and concluding no later than June 30, 2009 in an amount not to exceed $96,600.00.
