Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and with The Institute for Excellence In Education, Mt. Pleasant, MI, for the latter to provide use of the Epicenter platform, including setup and technical support, that will allow for the Office of Charter Schools (OCS) to efficiently assess and track data and documents related to charter governance, equitable admissions and enrollment processes, fiscal health and management, enrollment and attendance reports, teacher credentialing, charter board management, and dozens of other compliance-related documents that OCS collects and reviews annually, as delineated in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Office of Charter Schools, for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $39,700.00.
