Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and the Peralta Hacienda Historical Park, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 67 hours of service to teachers participating in the Teaching American History grant's professional development program by having a Park staff member dedicated to implemenation of the partnership, partnership development program; provide one full day professional development training session; provide teachers access to Park's collection of primary source materials, and access to consultant historians and primary source doucments; support development of instructional materials designed to enhance student knowledge and undestanding of California and American history, for the period November 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
