Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Network Agreement [2025-2026] by and between the District and National Center for Teacher Residencies (NTCR), Inc., Chicago, IL, for the latter to provide ongoing support for the Oakland Teacher Residency Program (Partner), more specifically delineated in Section 4 - NCTR Commitments to Partner of the Agreement: A. Provide Partner with electronic access to content, data collection and visualization tools, consultation services, communication with NCTR and peer network participants, and other shared knowledge and resources to strengthen Partner's program design and implementation; B.
