Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Terraphase Engineering, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Soil Management Plan (SMP) and additional environmental support services, as outlined in the Proposal dated October 24, 2025, which is attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the McClymonds High School Modernization Project, in the additional amount of $85,722.00, which include a contingency fee of $7,793.00, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $110,143.00 to $195,865.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
