Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, CMAS Purchase and Installation Agreement by and between the District and Shaw Integrated and Turf Solutions, Inc., Calhoun, GA, for the latter, at Owner's Request, to preform additional work for the installation of a softball pitching rubber (not in original scope), as outlined in PCO No.1, for the Oakland High School Turf Field Replacement Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,286.00, increasing the Agreement price from $1,039,029.00, to $1,043,315.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
