Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Bonnie Maxwell, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 100 hours of service to lead a girls empowerment group and discuss health and hygiene, diet and exercise, study habits and to lead discussions around transitions to middle school during after school hours on Wednesdays, minimum days and may include home visits as well as conferences with parents to identify and support 15 girls who are at risk of falling below grade level and or struggling with the issues surrounding transition to middle school at Chabot Elementary School, for the period January 9, 2012 through June 30, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00.
